We will primarily be using this generator in partnership with Sight Savers International (SSI), to perform cataract screenings and surgeries. When not in use by SSI, it will be used in Iganga Hospital, and to assist in our well building initiatives. In order to regulate and monitor the use of this generator between UVP, Sight Savers International, and the local government, we have signed an Memorandum of Understanding with these two parties. We are all very happy about our generator and the possibilities that it has developed for the people of Iganga district!! May I send their thanks and deep gratitude!!
