Malaika Water Tank Project
The Nyamuswa water tank project will provide water, one of the basic human needs and rights, to 9,200 people in a rural area of Tanzania. The project has been planned by the local community and has the support of the local government. This project meets the provision of relief to underprivileged goals of ChooseAneed. Water is lifesaving and is a self defined need of the local community. Completed!
COMPLETED
This water tank was recently completed with the help of funds from ChooseANeed. As a collaboration between Malaika Project and the local Bunda District government, the 100,000 liter water tank will serve the three villages of Nyamuswa, Makongoro, and Bukama. The government is right now installing all the piping!
We are awaiting more pictures and information on how this has helped make a difference.
